Low parcel delivery rates

We listen to our retail customers and most are buying 1-10 bags of concrete for DIY projects. Going to a DIY store to collect 20kg-250kg of product is hard work and time consuming, that's why we produced our Saver Boxes via DPD. From just *£3.62 Next Day Delivery per bag when you *buy in boxes of two it's a great low delivery rate.

Depending on your total order weight, our on-line shop checkout will select the most cost effective option for you based on your postcode. Typically orders of 1-10 bags are sent via DPD parcels in heavy duty cardboard boxes and orders over 10 bags will be delivered on pallets kerbside to your site or home. Note: up to 15 bags can be sent via DPD to certain UK postcodes. 

Order by 1pm weekdays and receive your DPD parcels next working day between 9-5pm. Pallet orders take 2-3 working days via our standard pallet service, if you require pallets next day or timed deliveries please get in contact via the contact us page for a custom quotation. Add your mobile to the order for SMS TEXT updates for one hour delivery windows from DPD.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

CANCELLATIONS AFTER DISPATCH & BEFORE DELIVERY: We refund your order less the shipping charges incurred.

CANCELLATIONS AFTER DELIVERY: We refund your order less delivery & collection charges.  

CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DISPATCH: Full refund before we dispatch your order to courier partners.

Full pallets or unopened boxes may be returned at your cost within 7 days and must be in the same condition they arrived in with you. All pallet wrapping must be still in place as received at your address.
