FREE Delivery is available if you're ordering 40 or more eligible items for delivery within the UK*.

Items not eligible for free delivery, proceed to checkout and select the best delivery charge offered to your postcode. These delivery costs apply due to their nature and the effort involved in the order.

Pallet & Bulk orders we cannot guarantee delivery dates. However most pallet deliveries happen in 2 - 3 working days. *Please do not plan for orders to arrive on a certain date - give yourself extra time if planning a project.
We ship full truck loads (1,920 bags) at trade prices with free delivery and orders over 40x bags on pallets with free pallet delivery.
We offer trade accounts to businesses who purchase over £5000 per month from us. Please e mail info@maxrete.com for account application forms.
The shipping charges are shown at checkout. The checkout software will offer you the lowest rate possible for your unique order in the shopping basket. The rate is calculated on total order weight and your delivery postcode. Depending on how many items are in your shopping basket the shipping charge will vary order to order.
Small orders we ship in heavy duty boxes to your door. Heavier orders we ship on pallets delivery off-loaded kerbside.
We e-mail you your tracking number when the order is prepared and collected by the selected courier service.

Weekend orders are prepared and dispatched next working day. Example: Order placed on Saturday will be shipped Monday for Palletways 2-3 working days delivery.
We ship from our distribution centre in Sittingbourne Kent.

Parcel orders (10 or less bags) are delivered by DPD. Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the next working day. You will receive notifications from DPD. If you are not going to be at home you must let them know & re-arrange to avoid the item returning to sender and additional charges.

Parcel couriers in most cases are fulfilling their delivery promise. Palletways deliveries following the release from Lockdown the national pallet system is struggling sometimes under the increase in demand. Most deliveries are taking 2 - 3 working days, but some longer delays can happen. We cannot guarantee a delivery day, so please do not plan for orders to arrive on a certain date - give yourself extra time if planning a project.

In the case of damaged goods please also attached photos of the item(s) damage as we need this for our insurance claim.

The e-mail confirmation we send you will clearly show which courier is delivering your order.
As a rule of thumb 1-10 bags are via Parcel and 11+ bags are via Palletways.

Cancellations, Refunds and Contact Us
Yes, you can cancel your order however some charges may already have been incurred.
You can cancel any online order and receive a refund for the value of the goods by contacting our customer service team within 14 days - starting on the day of receipt of goods. The goods must be in the same condition as when they arrived, i.e. unopened and packaging intact.
Here's how we refund you:
CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DISPATCH: Full refund before we dispatch your order to courier partners.
CANCELLATIONS AFTER DISPATCH & BEFORE DELIVERY: We refund your order less the shipping charges incurred.
CANCELLATIONS AFTER DELIVERY: We refund your order less delivery & collection charges.
A £15 Administration Fee will be charged to all refunds, and a £20 restocking fee for pallet returns.

Please e-mail info@maxrete.com with your name and order reference as soon as possible explaining the issue within 7 days.
